What your package includes
A single-sided shield is $299. A double-sided shield is $349. Each package includes a personalized shield, two posts, mounting hardware, delivery, and first installation. Any applicable taxes are confirmed before purchase.
Where and when we install
First installation is available in Lake, Geauga, and Cuyahoga counties, Ohio. Expected turnaround is within seven days on average. KHG confirms the installation date, site suitability, and placement with you. The homeowner is responsible for subsequent removal, storage, and reinstallation.
Artwork and approval
Use artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. School logos require approval from the appropriate school representative. Collection concepts and on-screen colors are previews; confirm the final artwork and house number with KHG before production. Uploading artwork in the design studio previews it in your browser; it does not send that artwork to KHG.
Requests and order confirmation
A saved request is not a confirmed order and does not collect payment. KHG reviews the design, installation details, total price, and final terms with you before confirming your order. Contact KHG to correct or cancel a request.
Returns and cancellations
Final cancellation and return terms for personalized products are still being established. KHG must provide those terms for your review before you commit to an order or make payment. This page does not establish a refund restriction.
School fundraisers
Participating schools earn $25 per shield sold through their approved fundraiser, whether single- or double-sided. The school receives the payout within two days of installation. Each shield is credited to one campaign. Confirm the campaign code and designated beneficiary with KHG before launch. An inquiry or downloaded planning brief does not generate a school payout.
Your information
If online requests are available, the form collects your name, email, organization, county, product choices, optional house number, installation address, phone, campaign code, and notes so KHG can review and fulfill your inquiry. Requests are stored in the website’s Neon database through Vercel. When email notification is configured, request details are sent to KHG through its email delivery provider. Please do not submit card numbers or other sensitive information in the form.
Request information is used to respond, coordinate designs and installation, and attribute participating school orders. Contact KHG to request access, corrections, or deletion of your inquiry information, subject to records needed to fulfill an order or applicable obligations. The design studio processes preview images locally in your browser.
Hosting providers process technical information needed to operate and secure the site. The request service uses temporary rate-limit identifiers to reduce abuse. No advertising tracking has been added to this website.
Ordering, installation & privacy
Outside Lake, Geauga, or Cuyahoga County? Your shipped kit includes the shield, posts, and mounting hardware. Installation is available in those three counties; shipped kits are for customer installation. Contact KHG to confirm shipping availability, cost, and delivery timing before ordering.
